Chairman's Message

Kalika Power company limited is one of the renowned hydropower company in Nepal. It has a legacy of
13 years in clean energy. The reach history of the company and its strategy to change the hydropower
dimension is quit appealing. The first project, Daraudi A hydropower has been the milestone for the
company in Energy generation. Daraudi A’ with installed capacity of 6MW is individual power producer
in Gorkha District.Interms of transparency and accountability, we have assured our stakeholder in
entrusting us in every aspect of our management. The financial aspects of the company is sustainable
and progressive. The management team assured to comply the overall financial and non-financial
aspects timely which includes the government policies.

We are planning to do more hydropower projects in future. Our core focus is to develop the power
generation in rural part of Nepal to cater the need of electricity demand in Rural area. The major focus is
to tap the energy potentiality and focus on energy research to find out the major constructible project.
We have envisioned to strengthen our team and develop accordingly with major objective of kalika
power company limited and its stakeholders.

In Future, Kalika Power Company Limited has envisioned to develop from small to medium and large
hydropower projects and timely execution of the acquired projects.
